Installation

apm

Install package-notifier from Atom's Package Manager or the command-line equivalent:

$ apm install package-notifier

Using Git

Change to your Atom packages directory:

# Windows 
$ cd %USERPROFILE%\.atom\packages
 
# Linux & macOS 
$ cd ~/.atom/packages/

Clone the repository as package-notifier:

$ git clone https://github.com/idleberg/atom-package-notifier package-notifier

Usage

Once activated, this package runs in the background. You can tweak its default settings or run it explicitely from the Command Palette.
